Senior Quantity Surveyor – Doncaster

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Location: Doncaster (with travel across UK & Ireland)

A well-established fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The company delivers a range of high-quality commercial projects across office, retail, hospitality, leisure, and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Full QS duties including BOQ creation, valuations, variations, and financial reporting
Pre- and post-contract cost management and procurement
Cost analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking
Vendor/subcontractor cost monitoring and recovery
Client and stakeholder engagement
Site visits across the UK and Ireland as requiredRequirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years' experience in fit-out or construction
Strong knowledge of UK and Irish markets
Proficient in measurement software, Excel, and Word
MRICS qualification (advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
