A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in their London office. As a Project Manager, you will be joining a well-established team with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value schemes-particularly within the healthcare sector. This is a fantastic chance for a Project Manager with a solid background in healthcare projects to join Ridge and Partners, known for their strong technical expertise, national reach, and integrated service offering. You'll work across a wide range of healthcare schemes, including hospital refurbishments, new build medical centres, and NHS estate reconfigurations, alongside other public and private sector projects.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for programming, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management. You will be the primary point of contact for key healthcare clients, managing complex design and delivery teams across live NHS environments and sensitive healthcare settings.

You'll need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of healthcare infrastructure, project constraints, and clinical requirements, with the ability to manage risk, quality, and programme expectations effectively. Experience of working with NHS Trusts or private healthcare providers will be highly beneficial.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in a built environment subject (e.g. Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering)

Minimum 5 years' experience delivering construction projects, with a strong focus on healthcare

Proven experience in consultancy or client-side roles

Excellent understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts

Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships

Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards is preferred
