Site Manager Nights

Role Overview

The Night Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing site operations during night shifts on the Parliament project. The role requires strong leadership, ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining progress in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all night shift site activities.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at all times.

*

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are carried out in line with RAMS and quality standards.

*

Report progress, issues, and handover to day management team.

*

Monitor site logistics, deliveries, and security during night operations.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.

*

Ability to lead night shift teams and coordinate multiple trades.

*

SMSTS and CSCS qualifications desirable
