Position: Project Manager (Fire Safety)
Location: South Wales
Band: 7
Rate: Between £27 – £33 per Hour
Hours: 8am – 4pm with Flexible working hours and offer of Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee several Projects across an active site
Mainly look after projects within the Fire Safety department, including a £4m fire alarm replacement
Assist the Fire Safety Manager and the Head of Health and Safety with anything project related
Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales
Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
Communicate with estates, design and construction teams
