Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
- Managing subcontractor accounts
- Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans
- Managing subcontractor tender processes
- Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
- Experience at an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor level
- Good working knowledge of JCT, NEC3 and/or NEC4 form of contracts
- Sound interpersonal and organisational skills.
