Foreman

We're seeking a highly experienced Foreman with a strong background in residential groundworks to join our growing team in the Bracknell area. If you're a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality groundwork solutions, we want to hear from you.

👷 What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in residential groundworks (foundations, drainage, site prep, etc.)
Proven leadership on-site, managing teams and subcontractors
Strong understanding of health & safety, build sequencing, and site logistics
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Local knowledge of Bracknell and surrounding areas is a plus🔧 Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day groundwork operations on residential sites
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers
