For this Architectural Technologist role, you will need considerable experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice as well as a degree within Architectural Technology / Architecture. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency with REVIT and have good up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning process, as well as working across the later RIBA stages.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree

*

2+ years' UK experience

*

Strong post qualification UK experience as an Architectural Technologist

*

ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable

*

Good knowledge of current building regulations

*

Proficiency with REVIT

*

Strong technical skill set from RIBA stage 4 onwards

*

Proven ability to produce detailed working drawings
