FM Planner
We are seeking a confident and IT-savvy FM Planner to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and scheduling PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) across multiple Tier 1 contractor FM sites.
Key Responsibilities of the FM Planner:
* Develop and manage PPM schedules across various sites.
* Ensure accurate planning and resource allocation for maintenance tasks.
* Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to coordinate works.
* Update and manage CAFM/CMMS systems (e.g., Planon, Concept, Maximo, etc.).
* Monitor compliance and ensure all works are scheduled in line with SLAs and statutory requirements.
Requirements of the FM Planner:
* Proven experience in FM planning or scheduling.
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
* Strong IT skills, particularly with CAFM systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
