🎯 The role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily site operations, from pre-start through to handover

*

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on-site

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation at all times

*

Managing programme, budget, and quality to deliver successful outcomes

*

Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues

*

Regular travel to different sites, ensuring smooth project delivery

We’re looking for someone with:

A proven track record as a Site Manager within construction (D&B advantageous)

*

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively

*

Knowledge of health & safety procedures and quality standards

*

Flexibility to travel across South Wales and wider regions as required

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
