Contracts Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from tender stage through to completion. Reporting to the Construction Director, you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with QEMS.

Leading teams and subcontractors to exceed client expectations.

*

Overseeing programmes, budgets, and site performance.

*

Driving Health & Safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

*

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership and contract management experience in construction.

*

Strong commercial and programming knowledge.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, degree or equivalent).
