Manage commercial elements of housing projects from start to finish

*

Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations & forecasts

*

Oversee subcontract procurement & payments

*

Identify commercial risks & opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

*

Support project teams in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient housing schemes

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in social housing or residential construction

Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills

Confident communicator able to liaise with clients, consultants & supply chain

Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
