Take ownership of commercial management on major residential projects

Oversee cost planning, valuations, variations & final accounts

*

Procure subcontractors & manage supply chain relationships

*

Ensure profitability & value for money across projects

*

Provide commercial advice to project teams & directors

Strong background as a QS / Senior QS within residential development or contracting

*

Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills

*

Ability to manage budgets & forecast costs on large projects

*

Confident in building strong stakeholder relationships
