Walker & Sloan are representing a specialist contractor working on some of the UK’s most complex defence and nuclear projects. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design coordination across major schemes in Bristol and Wiltshire.

This is a role at the cutting edge of engineering and construction, where your input will be vital to delivering projects of national significance.

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams across projects

Manage design process from tender through to construction

*

Ensure designs comply with technical, regulatory & client requirements

*

Work closely with project managers, engineers & stakeholders

*

Drive innovation and ensure buildability of design solutions

Experienced Design Manager, ideally with defence, nuclear, or complex infrastructure background

Strong knowledge of design processes, BIM, and industry standards

Excellent leadership & communication skills
