M&E Site Supervisor
Central London (E3) | £200 – £250 per day | Temporary (until April, with option to go permanent) | ASAP Start

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a £2.5m mechanical and electrical package across two multi-storey council flats in Central London.

Our client specialises in delivering high-quality M&E packages across commercial, residential, healthcare, and fit-out projects. With a strong reputation for reliability and delivery, they are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to support the smooth running of site operations on this project.

The Role:

* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.

* Oversee subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality.

* Support the Site/Project Manager with progress reporting and client updates.

* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.

* Monitor site productivity and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.

About You:

* Previous experience as a Site Supervisor (ideally within M&E or residential projects).

* Good understanding of site processes and health & safety procedures.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors.

* Reliable, proactive, and able to manage workloads under pressure.
