I am looking for an experienced Construction Manager looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a reputation for delivering some of London’s most challenging and prestigious schemes.

The Company
For over 20 years, this contractor has carved out a strong reputation across cut-and-carves, refurbishments, new builds, and prime fit outs. Founded by a team of industry leaders, they set out to create a business built on collaboration, quality, and trust.

Projects involve challenging logistics, façade retention, basement excavations, structural alterations, and sympathetic restorations often followed by prime fit outs. They have a turnover of over £100m and projects typically range up to £15m alongside their flagship schemes exceeding £50m.

The Role
As Construction Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering complex schemes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Project Directors and the wider delivery team, you’ll be responsible for:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management.

* Driving health, safety, and environmental standards across all activities.

* Managing programme delivery and sequencing of works on challenging London sites.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and your site team.
