M&E Project Manager

An established building services contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.
This role involves managing mechanical, electrical, and public health systems from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You'll be responsible for technical compliance, programme control, stakeholder coordination, and budget management.

Location: Staffordshire

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus package

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless M&E integration
Manage programmes, procurement schedules, and resource plans
Oversee technical reviews, design coordination, and commissioning
Control budgets, variations, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with health & safety, CDM, and environmental standards
Chair meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and teams
Use CRM/project software (e.g., SimPro) to manage workflow and reportingRequirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 5 years' experience managing multi-disciplinary M&E projects
Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, power, lighting, BMS, and ELV systems
Familiarity with construction regulations and industry standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM) desirable
