The Role:
As Retrofit Operations Manager, you’ll:
* Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes to full PAS 2030/2035 compliance
* Act as the go-to expert for retrofit and decarbonisation
* Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across site management and coordination
* Ensure audit readiness and quality assurance working with designers, assessors, and consultants
* Engage directly with clients, representing the business at senior level
* Drive performance through inspections, compliance checks, and HSEQ standards
* Manage subcontractor competence and ensure PAS/MCS compliance
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* 5+ years’ experience in retrofit or decarbonisation projects
* Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 standards
* Ideally Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination, Sustainability, or related field
* Retrofit Assessor/Coordinator training highly desirable
* Confident in managing teams, projects, and multiple stakeholders
* Skilled in P&L management, HSEQ compliance, and strategic planning
* A proactive, solutions-driven approach with excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
