We are looking for a cheerful and professional Car Park Attendant to join our team in Chelmsford! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Government and Public Sector, ensuring that our public spaces remain safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.

Role Overview:

As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our parking areas. You will be the friendly face that greets our visitors, ensuring a pleasant experience while providing essential services.

The position is starting 29/09/2025

Key Responsibilities:

Locking and Unlocking: Ensure the security of our car park by efficiently locking and unlocking the sites as required.
Basic Cleaning: Maintain a clean and tidy environment through basic cleaning duties and litter picking.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with the public, answering questions, and assisting with any inquiries.
Safety and Compliance: Monitor car park usage, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Reporting Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the management team.

Working Pattern:

Full Time: Embrace a full-time role that allows you to engage with the community daily.
Working Monday to Saturday, times will be between 6am-9.30pm on a rota basis.

Based near Springfield, Chelmsford.
