Compensation Package:
* Base Salary: €100,000 – €120,000 per year
* Living Allowance: €8,500 net per month

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to take charge of the electrical engineering team on a €100M+ electrical package for one of the most advanced hyperscale data centres in Europe. This role gives you the chance to direct delivery of complex electrical systems including critical power, UPS systems, switchgear, containment, lighting, busbars, HVAC integration, and more. You’ll be the go-to person driving progress, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring this fast-paced project hits every milestone. The Challenge:
* Oversee and lead all electrical engineering activity on site, reporting into the Project Director and working closely with the client team.
* Manage a large team of electrical engineers, supervisors, and package managers, setting direction and ensuring delivery excellence.
* Take responsibility for technical compliance, ensuring the installation and commissioning meet stringent specifications.
* Oversee design reviews, approvals, and documentation for UPS, MV/LV power systems, switchgear, busbars, fire alarms, ELV systems, and more.
* Build strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure performance and accountability.
* Monitor and report on progress, risks, and resourcing, making adjustments to keep the project on track.
* Champion quality, health & safety, and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
What You’ll Bring:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
* Previous experience leading large electrical teams on major construction projects.
* Expertise with mission-critical facilities, preferably data centres.
* Strong technical knowledge of critical power systems, including UPS, switchgear, containment, power distribution, and cooling integration.
* Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
* EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Belgium.
* Available to mobilize within 2–4 weeks.
