Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager to lead a CAT B office fit-out project in Canary Wharf. This fast-paced project requires someone confident in delivering high-quality fit-outs on tight schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.
•Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades to meet deadlines.
•Liaise with the client, project managers, and stakeholders.
•Monitor progress and report on project milestones.
•Ensure all work meets required standards and complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

•Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on CAT B office fit-out projects.
•Previous experience working in Canary Wharf (advantageous).
•Strong organisational and communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
