A respected firm based in Central London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Known for their hands-on, partner-led approach, this consultancy delivers high-quality services across the commercial, education, and residential sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take ownership of a wide range of projects while working closely with clients and senior stakeholders.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering refurbishment and new-build schemes across Central London and the South East. The successful Project Manager will be confident managing multiple projects concurrently, working from inception through to completion. This is a client-facing position that requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a commercially aware approach.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating a mix of CAT A and CAT B fit outs, complex refurbishments, and new build developments. You will manage programme, cost, quality, and risk while maintaining close contact with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing project delivery from feasibility through to completion

Contract administration (JCT and NEC forms)

Managing planning, procurement, and stakeholder engagement

Leading client meetings and project reporting

Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development

The Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will have prior consultancy experience and be confident delivering commercial and residential schemes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction Management, Building Surveying)

Ideally MRICS, MAPM, or working towards chartership

3+ years' project management experience in a consultancy environment

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and contract administration

Excellent communication and organisational skills
