Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Salary: €90,000 base + €28,000 EU allowance + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a data centre retrofit project in Düsseldorf. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a smaller-scale but highly technical project, supporting the successful commercial delivery from pre-construction through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all cost-related aspects of the project, ensuring financial efficiency and control.

* Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.

* Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to the project team and senior management.

* Lead subcontractor management including negotiations, variations, and final accounts.

* Ensure compliance with company processes and client requirements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar discipline.

* Proven experience working on data centres, high-tech, or similar complex projects.

* Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Package:

* Base Salary: €90,000
