Contracts Manager

We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to join a busy and growing construction and interiors team. Our projects range from office fit outs and refurbishments to bespoke joinery and large-scale commercial interiors. You’ll play a key role in making sure these projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients expect.

The role is hands-on and varied. You’ll be working closely with site teams, suppliers, and clients, keeping everything moving smoothly and stepping in to solve issues when they arise. Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, along with the confidence to manage several projects at once.

Experience in contracts management within construction or interiors is important, and knowledge of fit outs and refurbishments will really help.
