What You'll Be Doing
As a Site Engineer, you'll be the link between drawings on paper and homes built for real people. You'll oversee site setting out, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality and compliance at every stage. Your role will include:
Translating plans into reality through accurate site setting out and supervision.
Coordinating site teams and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
Tracking progress, monitoring quality, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Liaising with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve challenges.
Maintaining site records, reporting updates, and contributing to project handovers.
Who You Are
You've worked on housebuilding sites before, you understand the rhythm of construction, and you bring a sharp commercial and technical eye. You're organised, proactive, and communicate effortlessly across teams. A full UK driving licence is essential, as site visits are part of the role.
