We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major residential development consisting of 600 units across 6 blocks, rising up to 18 storeys. This is a high-profile project that requires a strong, hands-on leader with proven experience in large-scale, multi-phase residential construction.

The Role:

You’ll report directly to the Project Director and be responsible for the overall management of the site team, subcontractors, and programme delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive programme delivery, ensuring milestones are met across all 6 blocks

*

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

*

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

*

Manage project reporting, procurement timelines, and cost control

*

Support the Project Director in strategic planning and decision-making

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing multi-block residential schemes (ideally high-rise)

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent communication and reporting ability

*

A commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery

*

Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, etc.)
