The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering new housing developments, ensuring projects are managed effectively from a commercial perspective. You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced team and will have the chance to make a real impact across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing costs across housing developments from inception to completion

*

Preparing budgets, valuations, and financial reports

*

Procuring subcontractors and managing payments

*

Identifying and managing risks and opportunities

*

Working closely with site and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
