They're looking for an Assistant Site Manager with the right attitude, energy, and ambition to grow. This isn't just about ticking boxes on a CV – it's about bringing the willingness to learn, the drive to get involved, and the hunger to develop into a well-rounded Site Manager.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Site Manager across day-to-day operations on site
Gaining hands-on experience with listed conversions and new-build schemes
Coordinating trades, managing health & safety, and ensuring works are delivered to programme
Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider team What we're looking for:

Some construction/site experience (ideally residential), but more importantly a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in developing your career
