Plant Supervisor – Regional
📍 Location: Swindon, Kettering & Hinckley (With travel across UK sites when required – Digs and Travel paid)
💰 Rate: £250 – £300 per day
📅 Start: ASAP

We’re seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee on-site concrete batching plants on large-scale projects, including distribution/logistics centres, data centres, and major infrastructure works.

Essential Requirements:

SSSTS/SMSTS certification

*

Proven background supervising batching plants on large projects

*

Experience in logistics, earthworks, or commercial new builds

*

Strong leadership & organisational skills

*

Flexible to work 10–12 hr shifts, weekends, and travel/stay away as required

Key Duties:

*

Supervise and operate on-site batching plants to spec and quality standards

*

Lead and coordinate plant staff/subcontractors with strong H&S focus

*

Manage servicing, breakdowns, inspections, and record keeping

*

Maintain material stocks and liaise with suppliers

*

Support project/site teams to ensure smooth delivery
