Civils Site Manager
Job Summary
A Civils Site Manager is urgently needed to join a project in Kings Lynn. This temporary role offers an immediate start with the potential for extension.

Responsibilites
* Oversee all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and within budget.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and best practices on the site.
* Liaise with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address any issues.
* Plan and schedule work activities, set targets, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is compliant with specifications.
* Manage site documentation, including permits, risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
* Resolve any on-site problems or conflicts that may arise during construction.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, resources, and personnel.
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
* Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
* Support in the training and development of site staff to enhance productivity and safety awareness.
Skills
* Essential: SMSTS or SSSTS, Temp Works Supervisor, First Aid, CSCS.
* Desired: NRSWA Supervisor Ticket, EUSR Water, AP Lifting Ops.
