Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics
📍 Heathrow Area | 💼 Permanent | up to £50m Scheme | Tier 1 Contractor
One of the UK’s leading Tier 1 main contractors, with an annual turnover exceeding £1 billion, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a flagship industrial/logistics development in the Heathrow area. They also have projects in Kent, London and surrounding areas.
With a strong pipeline of work secured locally, this is a permanent opportunity to join one of the nation’s biggest and most respected shed builders.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a major industrial scheme valued up to £50 million, managing it from inception through to completion. Acting as the stand-alone No.1 on site, you will lead delivery of the project, ensuring it is built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of a large-scale steel frame industrial/logistics project from start to finish.
*
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, design team, and supply chain.
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, programme, and cost targets.
*
Drive quality and efficiency across all phases of the project.
*
Manage and motivate the on-site team to achieve successful delivery.
About You
*
Proven experience as a No.1 Project Manager delivering industrial or logistics schemes, ideally with a Tier 1 main contractor.
*
Track record of managing steel frame projects valued up to £50 million.
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
*
Commercially astute with the ability to manage programmes, budgets, and client relationships.
*
Based in or willing to commute to the Heathrow area, with an interest in joining a business with a long-term local pipeline.
