Our client is a well-known name within the Water Treatment industry, with a national presence and busy client portfolio. They are seeking a hardworking Water Treatment Service Engineer to cover a wide range of client sites. Applicants must have a professional manner, as you will be directly providing technical updates and recommendations whilst on site. There are excellent opportunities to build on existing industry experience, so this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual. You will be travelling across: Tamworth, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Burntwood, Cannock, Penkridge, Stafford, Dudley, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Telford, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Solihull, Marston Green, Coventry, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Polesworth, Rugby, Daventry, Coalville, Swadlincote, Burton upon Trent, Leicester, Market Harborough, Castle Donington, Derby, Nottingham, Beeston.
Experience / Qualifications:
– Must have experience working as a Water Treatment Service Engineer
– Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Ideally will have experience across commercial, industrial, domestic and manufacturing client sites
– Hardworking attitude
– Flexible to travel as required
– Good literacy and IT skills
The Role:
– Undertaking servicing and maintenance on RO, UV filtration and water softeners and other water treatment components
– Calorifier descales
– Installations and replacements on components and systems
– CLO2 unit servicing
– Assessing system performance and making recommendations for repair and remedials
– Producing quotations for remedial works
– Providing tailored technical advice to clients
– Keeping an accurate record of works undertaken
– Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
