Senior Building Services Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a small, successful, very well established Mechanical Building Services sub-contractor specialising in the commercial fitout sector in London. This can be a hybrid role but we need someone within easy travelling distance of the City.

Projects typically range between £1m and £6m in Mechanical Building Services Value. Core clients are London based commercial fitout and refurbishment main contractors. Typical Projects involve Mechanical Installation contracts on new build Commercial office fitout and refurbishment projects. This client also get involved with Data Centres, Pharma, Critical Infrastructure and occasionally super high spec resi.

We are looking for a Senior QS / Commercial Manager (Director Designate). The role reports directly to the MD.

You must have extensive and very stable current experience as a Mechanical QS/Commercial Manager with a recognised London Centred, Fitout Focussed Building Services Sub-Contractor/s. You might be an established commercial manager or a Senior QS looking to move your career forward and take the lead commercial role in the company.
