Maintenance Supervisor 
Birmingham
Full-time: 8-hour shifts (8am–8pm, Monday–Sunday)
Salary – up to £34,727 per annum
Are you the kind of leader who’s not afraid to get stuck in? We’re looking for a practical, problem-solving Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team and keep our clients’ properties safe, compliant, and welcoming.
This is the perfect role for someone who knows their way around tools, enjoys fixing things, and can inspire a team by leading from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing
Working alongside your team to keep buildings in top shape – from routine checks to urgent repairs.
Tackling planned and reactive maintenance: plumbing, joinery, electrics, plastering – whatever needs doing.
Keeping properties safe, secure, clean, and ready for residents.
Jumping on issues quickly, fixing what you can, or knowing when to escalate.
Encouraging safe working practices and supporting sustainability initiatives.What We’re Looking For
A team leader who’s approachable, supportive, and leads by example.
Hands-on maintenance know-how – practical skills in plumbing, joinery, plastering, or electrics.
A solid grasp of health & safety.
Someone who enjoys problem-solving and putting residents first.
Flexibility to cover shifts, lone working, and the occasional out-of-hours call.The Package
