H&S Advisor
My client are a civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a Health & safety advisor for an ongoing project being delivered in Warwickshire. My client operate heavily across the transport and infrastructure sector.
Health & Safety advisor responsibilities:
* Day to day management of health and safety.
*
Ensure the site and its workers comply with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and standards.
*
Method statements.
* Deliver training to staff and management on safe working practices, risks, and the correct use of safety equipment.
*
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings, suggesting improvements, and providing updates on safety performance
*
Create and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organisation.
*
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety statistics to monitor performance and report to management.
Health & safety advisor requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card.
* NEBOSH.
* Previous experience in a H&S advisor/ managers role – 3 years.
* Full UK driving licence.
* IT literate.
