Social Housing Planner

Location: Trafford, Manchester

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Leave: 28 days annual leave + bank holidays

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule housing maintenance and repair works

Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

Monitor performance data and contribute to service improvements

Support housing allocation and tenancy management processes

Respond to resident queries with professionalism and empathy

What They're Looking For

Experience in housing, planning, or scheduling roles (social housing sector preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with housing management systems and Microsoft Office
