We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a long-term project in Ripon, on behalf of our well-established client.

Duties will include:

*

Overseeing all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and externals

*

Leading a team of operatives on site and coordinating daily tasks

*

Ensuring works are completed to spec, on time, and within health & safety guidelines

*

Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors

*

Monitoring progress and reporting to senior site staff

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in groundworks and previous Foreman role

*

SSSTS or SMSTS (required)

*

CSCS Card (Gold or above preferred)

*

First Aid (advantageous)

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings

*

Strong leadership and communication skills
