Salary: £42,500 – £48,000 (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Small Works and Remedial Manager to oversee and deliver small-scale and remedial projects for an existing client base across the North East of England.

This is a regional role requiring excellent coordination, communication, and technical knowledge within the Fire and Security industry.

You will work closely with the Operations Director and Design Manager, liaising with suppliers, sub-contractors, in-house engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver small works and remedial projects from initial enquiry to completion.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with internal engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Identify and resolve any issues or delays, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency across regional works.Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in the Fire and Security industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
