The Role
The successful candidate will be provided with structured training and exposure across several core areas of the business, including:

Contract Management – supporting live projects, learning project delivery and client management.

Estimating – developing commercial awareness and assisting with the preparation of accurate tenders.

*

Design – working alongside experienced engineers to build technical knowledge in piling and retaining wall solutions.

Candidate Requirements

A degree in Civil Engineering (or a closely related discipline).

*

A demonstrable interest in piling, ground engineering, or civil engineering.

*

A strong willingness to learn, with ambition to progress within the business.

Good communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
