📍 Oxford (site-based, 5 days per week)
💰 £65,000–£75,000 + £450–£500 monthly car allowance
🕑 18–24 month FTC

We are recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to take the lead on a major construction project in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to deliver a high-profile, complex project within a flagship development, working closely with client and contractor teams.

You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale fire and security system installations across the site — ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulations.

What we’re looking for:

Strong track record managing fire & security installation projects

*

Hands-on project leadership with strong technical knowledge (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Intruder)

Experience working on large construction projects with Tier 1 contractors or major suppliers

*

Ability to lead site teams, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure
