Architect / Architectural Technologist / Technician

LB Design recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established professional property services company in their search for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist / Technician.

The practice delivers projects across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, education, healthcare, commercial, and more recently defence/MOD work. Their in-house architectural team is highly experienced and continues to expand, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career.

Key Requirements:

* UK practice experience or proven track record in a similar role within the UK

* Strong Revit skills – ability to produce accurate technical drawings

* Excellent technical detailing ability with experience preparing full working drawing packages

* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards

* Proven experience supporting projects through design and construction stages

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

* Eligibility to work in the UK (proof required)

The practice does accommodate flexible working options after an initial induction period.
