Based from their Midhurst office, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on high end residential projects, delivering homes for high-net-worth individuals with values up to £7m. ✨ The opportunity:

Lead the commercial department of a respected, growing main contractor

*

Office-based role in Midhurst, working on super high-end residential projects

*

Oversee and mentor an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

*

Genuine progression to a leadership position, with autonomy to shape processes and strategy

🔑 Responsibilities:

Manage projects from tender stage right through to handover

*

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cashflow forecasts

*

Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract management

*

Lead commercial negotiations and ensure project profitability

*

Support and develop junior team members

✅ What we’re looking for:

Degree qualified and/or RICS accredited

*

Strong background in high-end residential main contracting

*

Proven experience taking projects from tender through to final handover

*

Commercially astute with excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of the role
