Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re seeking a motivated professional with experience in residential/housing projects to join our growing team on the outskirts of Exeter.

The Role

As a key member of our commercial team, you’ll take responsibility for:

* Managing costs across housing developments from pre-construction through to final account

* Preparing and managing tenders, valuations, and subcontractor accounts

* Monitoring budgets, variations, and cash flow to ensure profitability

* Supporting project delivery teams with sound commercial advice

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in housing/residential construction (open to intermediate through senior-level candidates)

* Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (JCT experience ideal)

* Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
