An exciting opportunity is now available for an Architectural Technologist, Technician, or Part 2 Assistant to join a growing, forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy. In this role, you will contribute to a wide variety of residential and commercial projects across the UK, while developing your skills, progressing your career, and gaining experience on a diverse and dynamic project portfolio.

This multidisciplinary consultancy has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions and aim to be the go-to consultant in their field. With a high volume of enquiries and an expanding project portfolio, this is an exciting time to join the team. They provide expert design and technical services across residential, retail, and commercial sectors, to name a few, working across a across a range of projects, including alterations, extensions, fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the consultancy across a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the UK. Your responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating technical drawings and design packages, assisting with planning and building regulation submissions for residential and commercial projects, attending site visits, and attending client and project meetings, among more.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar role using AutoCAD and have good knowledge of building regulations along with a full UK driver's licence. This is an office-based role with the potential for hybrid, with the office near Woking.
