About the Role
As a Passive Fire Protection Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing passive fire protection projects across various sectors, including student accommodation, retail, residential, and office spaces. This is a site-based role requiring nationwide travel, where you will ensure high-quality standards and compliance in fire stopping installations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities related to passive fire protection.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain accurate site reports and documentation.
*
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

About You
*
Proven experience in fire stopping or passive fire protection.
*
Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach to site management.
*
Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in fire protection.
*
Willingness to travel nationwide and work on varied projects.
*
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
*
NVQ Level 3 or above in Construction Site Supervision or equivalent.
*
FIRAS Certification or similar accreditation in passive fire protection.
*
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
*
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (Supervisor or Manager level).
*
First Aid at Work qualification.
*
Knowledge of fire safety regulations (e.g., Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).
