Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Manchester

Salary: £35-42,000 DOE

It delivers full design & principal designer services, covering industrial, high-rise residential, sports & leisure among others, and takes projects from technical design through to construction completion.

Lead projects from Stage 4 to completion
Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and documentation
Conduct site visits, resolve technical issues, liaise with contractors & consultants
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Manage client communications, risk and deadlines
Assist with procurement and contract administration as neededIdeal Candidate:

Architectural Technologist with substantial years' experience
Demonstrable site experience on medium-sized projects
Background in industrial, high-rise residential and/or sports & leisure schemes
Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations and detailing
Capable project runner with excellent communication and coordination skills
Team player with enthusiasm for learning and technical excellence
