Randstad is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor for a highly stable, ongoing contract with one of the UK's leading property management organisations. This role offers excellent continuity and consistent workflow.

The Opportunity:

Day Rate: £240

Contract Status: Ongoing / Long-Term (Excellent stability in the current market)

Patch Coverage: Northampton, Cambridge, and Luton

Workload: Consistent volume of 6 Housing Surveys per day.

Software: Proficiency with TEAM's software is essential.

Payment starts after the first 50 miles daily, a threshold you are expected to meet every day.
