💼 Salary: £53,655 – £62,299 + Many desirable employment benefits

We're looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to lead a high-performing team in delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, redevelopment, and new build projects. 🔑 What You'll Be Doing

Leading professional and technical teams to deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Managing a multi-million-pound capital investment plan.
Driving innovation in redevelopment, repurposing, and rationalisation of property assets.
Overseeing procurement, supply chain management, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and representing the organisation externally.
Championing health & safety and risk management across all projects.🎯 What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing complex construction projects and capital plans.
Strong leadership and team management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Professional membership (e.g. RICS, RIAS, RIBA, APM, IOB).
Commercially savvy with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.🌟 Desirable Extras

PRINCE2 or LLM in Construction Law.
Experience with BIM/CAD and Microsoft Project.
