Job Opportunity: Site Manager – 12-Week Warehouse Project – Bracknell

They are seeking a highly competent Site Manager to lead a 12-week warehouse project in the Bracknell area. This is a crucial role for a candidate who can hit the ground running and ensure a smooth, on-time delivery.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and delivery of a commercial warehouse refurbishment project. You will be the central point of contact on-site, overseeing all activities from site setup to final handover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a specialized project with a reputable and well-regarded contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of on-site operations for the 12-week duration, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors and direct labor, ensuring strict adherence to the project schedule and specifications.
Ensure the highest level of Health & Safety is maintained on site, in accordance with company and project-specific safety plans.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all workmanship and materials meet project specifications.
Proactively identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays, ensuring project continuity.
Liaise effectively with the client, design team, and all stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication.
Provide regular and accurate progress reports to the Project Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial, warehouse, or commercial refurbishment projects.
A strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving approach to site management.
Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations within a construction environment.
Valid CSCS card (Manager/Professional level), SMSTS certificate, and First Aid certificate are required.
Must be immediately available for the full 12-week duration of the project.
