This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist in high end residential projects covering heritage refurbishments, stone masonry and facades, working on a landmark project locally to Swindon.

The Role
As the Project Manager , you will oversee the successful delivery of a high-end residential external stone façade package and internal refurbishment. You will be responsible for managing the programme, coordinating with the client, design team and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, to budget and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of a high-end residential refurb projects (internal and external)
*
Oversee site activities, programme management and subcontractor coordination.
*
Ensure quality assurance across specialist stonemasonry and external works.
*
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key project point of contact.
*
Manage health & safety, commercial reporting and risk management on site.
About You
To succeed as a Project Manager on this scheme, you will bring:

Proven experience delivering external façade or high-end residential projects.
*
Strong understanding of stonework, masonry, cladding, or external envelope packages.
* Restoration / Heritage experience is beneficial
*
Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
*
Ability to manage complex programmes and drive project delivery.
*
A background in main contracting or specialist subcontracting.
Variations of relevant experience may include: Facade Project Manager / External Works PM / Residential Project Manager / Specialist Subcontract PM.
