About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of major development schemes from concept through to completion. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the full project lifecycle – from feasibility to handover
Managing programme, cost, and quality performance
Providing executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders and board members
Leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams and third-party consultants
Overseeing risk management and implementing robust mitigation strategies
Administering contracts and ensuring strong commercial and contractual controls
Driving sustainability, innovation, and best practice across all projects
About You
You will be a proven project management professional with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value schemes within urban regeneration, industrial/logistics, or data centre sectors.
Essential attributes include:
Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in relevant sectors
Experience operating at Senior, Associate, or Associate Director level
Professionally qualified – ideally Chartered (RICS, MCIOB, APM or equivalent)
Strong commercial acumen and contract administration expertise
Exceptional planning, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable operating at senior level with both technical teams and corporate boards
